The Portuguese Arbitration Association (APA) celebrates its 20th anniversary with the APA Arbitration Day 2026, taking place this Thursday, 15 May, at the Cuatrecasas offices in Lisbon.
Filipe Vaz Pinto, partner at Morais Leitão and co-head of the firm's dispute resolution team, participates as a speaker on the panel dedicated to the topic "Energy Arbitration in Portugal: challenges and opportunities in a sector in transition". The panel is moderated by Ricardo Saraiva and Rute Alves, and also features the contributions of Manuel Protásio and Marta Almeida Afonso.
