Francisca Robalo Cordeiro, principal associate at Morais Leitão, will take part in the 12th Jurisprudence Biennial, dedicated to Family Law, which will be held in Coimbra on 23 October.
Our lawyer will join the panel on Parental Responsibilities, where she will present a legal case. The session will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will bring together judges, lawyers and academics to analyse and discuss issues in this area of Family Law.
The 12th Jurisprudence Biennial is organised by the Family Law Centre of the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, in partnership with the Portuguese Bar Association, and will take place at Hotel D. Luís, in Coimbra.
Throughout the day, the programme will also include sessions on child protection and educational guardianship, family property matters, criminal law issues in the family context, and other legal topics.
