Isabel and Priscila have a deep understanding of Morais Leitão’s culture, values and way of working. Both began their careers as lawyers at the firm and have built careers defined by technical excellence, close relationships with clients, strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing their teams.
Their distinct yet complementary professional backgrounds give them a particularly broad perspective on the challenges faced by growing companies, founders and investors. Dual-qualified in Portugal and England & Wales, Isabel Carneiro Kahlen returned to Morais Leitão in 2021 after almost a decade of international practice in London. Priscila Macedo Pinto, in turn, combines her experience as a lawyer with previous management roles, giving her first-hand insight into the strategic, operational and growth challenges faced by companies.
