Isabel Valente Dias and João Diogo Duarte deliver training on pay transparency in the insurance sector

Isabel Valente Dias and João Diogo Duarte delivered, on 23 September, at the invitation of the Portuguese Association of Insurers, the intensive course “Pay Transparency in the Insurance Sector”, held at the Portuguese Insurance Academy.

The training focused on the European Pay Transparency Directive and the new obligations it introduces for organisations, with an impact on remuneration policies, recruitment processes, career management and information reporting.

Throughout the session, the main requirements of the Directive were addressed, together with employers’ obligations, employees’ rights and the challenges associated with organisations adapting to the new framework.

The course was aimed at professionals in the insurance sector, particularly those working in Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Governance and People Management.
