Joana Granadeiro, a lawyer at Morais Leitão, has joined the official list of conflict mediators recognised by the Ministry of Justice, which was recently published.
This list brings together professionals qualified to practise mediation within public mediation systems, ensuring that they have specific training, technical skills and recognised suitability to facilitate the voluntary resolution of disputes between parties, with particular emphasis on civil, commercial, labour and family matters.
With this appointment, Joana Granadeiro joins Mariana Soares David, partner at Morais Leitão, who was already on this list, continuing the firm's commitment to promoting consensual conflict resolution methods and valuing mediation as an effective, swift and collaborative tool.
