José Azevedo Moreira, managing associate and member of the Administrative and Public Law team, was among the speakers at the conference "A revisão do Código dos Contratos Públicos" ("The Reform of the Public Contracts Code"), held on 3 July at Fórum Braga, organised by ATAM (Associação dos Trabalhadores da Administração Local), with scientific coordination by Licínio Lopes Martins.
José Azevedo Moreira took part in the 1st panel of the session on "Changes to the Contract Formation Regime", moderated by Sandro Louro, with a presentation on "Impediments and Waiver".
The event opened with remarks by Marcelo Delgado, Chairman of ATAM's Board, and João Rodrigues, Mayor of Braga, and continued throughout the day with panels on contract formation and contract execution, closing with the reading of conclusions by ATAM's Legal Office and the association's board.
