Lucinda Dias da Silva participated as a speaker at the colloquium ‘New Paths in Civil Procedure’, which took place on 10 May in Leiria.
In her speech, she addressed the topic ‘Artificial Intelligence in Civil Procedure’, contributing with a current and enlightening analysis of the challenges and opportunities that new technologies pose for procedural practice and civil justice.
The event was attended by several experts, including Miguel Teixeira de Sousa, Rui Pinto and António Abrantes Geraldes.
