Margarida Olazabal Cabral and Pedro Costa Gonçalves take part in conference on the Public Contracts Code

Margarida Olazabal Cabral and Pedro Costa Gonçalves are participating in the conference “Amendments to the Public Contracts Code: Critical Analysis and Contributions”, promoted by the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal. The event will take place on 20 May in Lisbon and brings together leading experts to analyse the main changes to the Public Contracts Code and their impact on the public procurement regime in Portugal.

Pedro Costa Gonçalves will speak in the session “The main lines of the amendments to the PCC: legislative options”, while Margarida Olazabal Cabral will take part in the roundtable “Specialised analysis”.

The conference aims to foster a critical reflection on this legislative reform, through a series of presentations and discussions focused on the key developments introduced to the public procurement framework.
