Mariana Soares David participates in the Postgraduate Programme in Contractual Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration

Mariana Soares David, partner at Morais Leitão, is a member of the faculty of the 3rd edition of the Postgraduate Programme in Contractual Litigation, Mediation and Arbitration at the Faculty of Law – Lisbon School of the Portuguese Catholic University, which runs from 24 February to 16 July.

A partner at Morais Leitão, Mariana Soares David joins a programme that combines a theoretical approach with a strong practical component, structured into two modules – Contractual Litigation and Mediation and Arbitration.

The postgraduate programme is aimed at lawyers and other professionals involved in transactional and business contexts, providing an in-depth analysis of the key issues in contractual disputes and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
