On 27 May, we hosted the workshop “Listing Implications of Listing and Becoming a Publicly Listed Company: Governance, Legal and Reporting” at our Lisbon office, where the main challenges and demands of becoming a public company were discussed. The session featured the participation of our lawyers Maria Cortes Martins and Inês Magalhães Correia.
From governance matters to the complexity of legal and reporting requirements, the event provided a deep dive into what it truly means to take this step, helping participants prepare to navigate the capital markets landscape with confidence and knowledge.
