Morais Leitão nominated for “Portugal Firm of the Year” – Chambers Europe Awards 2026

The prestigious British directory Chambers and Partners has announced the shortlist for the Chambers Europe Awards 2026, and Morais Leitão is once again among the firms nominated for “Portugal Firm of the Year.”

This nomination further reinforces the firm’s international recognition for the quality of its work, as well as the consistency of its positioning in the Portuguese and European legal markets. Since 2008, Morais Leitão has been regularly distinguished in these awards, having won the top prize for Portugal on seven occasions.

The Chambers Europe Awards recognise firms that stand out for their exceptional performance over the past year, based on the rigorous and independent methodology of Chambers and Partners. This process combines detailed submissions, client interviews and market analysis conducted among peers, assessing criteria such as technical excellence, innovation, strategic strength and quality of client service.

The winners will be announced on 14 May, in Madrid, during the official ceremony organised by Chambers and Partners.
