Morais Leitão supports “Portuguese Real Estate Investment Vehicles & Financing” event

Morais Leitão supports the “Portuguese Real Estate Investment Vehicles & Financing” event, promoted by Iberinmo, which will take place on 16 April at the Pestana Palace Lisboa.

As part of this initiative, Morais Leitão will take part in the session “Mutual Fund Opportunities in Portugal's New Housing Government Policy”, dedicated to analysing investment opportunities in funds within the framework of the “Construir Portugal” strategy and the latest public policy measures in the housing sector.

The session will feature contributions from João Fitas and António Queiroz Martins, who will participate as keynote speakers. Our lawyers will focus in particular on investment strategies in affordable housing, the role of funds in urban regeneration, and the impact of recent legislative changes, including the end of incentives associated with the Golden Visa regime for the real estate sector.

This event brings together industry experts to discuss the increasing sophistication of the Portuguese real estate market, particularly in relation to investment vehicles, financing models and strategies aimed at maximising returns.
