Nuno Gundar da Cruz, partner at Morais Leitão, is a speaker at the Advanced E-Course on Insolvency and Legal Recovery Instruments, organised by Jurisnova and NOVA Dispute Resolution Forum, in partnership with Morais Leitão.

On 20 May, Nuno Gundar da Cruz will address the new special revitalisation process, providing an overview of the new process and analysing the respective legal regime.

The course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills to understand the legislative changes introduced by Law No. 9/2022 of 11 January in the field of Insolvency and Recovery Law. In addition to a cross-cutting, theoretical and practical approach, the programme also includes an analysis of the possible impact of the proposed directive aimed at harmonising certain aspects of insolvency law at European level.
