The event takes place on 30 June, in an online format, bringing together experts for an in-depth analysis of the implications of the new EU Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR) and its entry into force in 2027.
The session covers the impact of the new European regulatory framework on obliged entities, including a thorough examination of Article 22(6), which sets out the three KYC (Know Your Customer) pathways permitted under EU law. Attendees will also gain insight into operational strategies for deploying secure onboarding processes without compromising conversion rates.
