Ricardo Nascimento Ferreira, partner at Morais Leitão, has joined NOVA School of Law as a Visiting Professor for the 2026/2027 academic year, as part of the Master’s in Law Applied to Technology (Law & Tech).
His participation focuses on the Industrial Property Law course, for which he is one of the responsible lecturers, within the Intellectual Property and Innovation Regulation specialisation.
Taught in the first semester, the course covers topics such as patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, trade secrets and unfair competition.
Ricardo Nascimento Ferreira’s participation is part of the relationship between Morais Leitão and NOVA School of Law and contributes to the Society’s collaboration with academia and to the sharing of specialised legal knowledge.
