Vasco Stilwell d'Andrade and Raquel Maurício are speakers in the course "Technology Transfer Deals”

On October 25th, Vasco Stilwell d'Andrade and Raquel Maurício will represent Morais Leitão in the course entitled "Technology Transfer Deals: Projects from A to Z", organized by NOVA SBE.

Vasco Stilwell d'Andrade is in charge of two sessions of this one-day course dedicated to the topics "IP and Technology Due Diligence" and "Analysis of Technology Transfer Contracts: Standard Clauses", while Raquel Maurício dedicates her intervention to the topic "Taxes and The Parent Box Regime".

This intensive training program aims to provide participants with tools to understand and learn about a business which the starting point is technology.
