Tiago Geraldo and Ema Roma co-author the article “Sanctioning regime under the Lobbying Law and its relationship with the existing criminal law framework (in particular, the offences of abuse of office, influence peddling and corruption)”, published in Special Issue No. 7 of the Revista de Direito Administrativo.

Entirely dedicated to the Lobbying Law, this issue brings together contributions from several authors on different aspects of the new legal framework governing interest representation in Portugal, from the Transparency Register and the incompatibilities regime to the application of the law to lawyers and solicitors and its interaction with other areas of law.
