She is also a member of the Private Equity and Fund Formation working group, advising on the incorporation, administration and regulatory matters relating to alternative investment funds, management companies and other regulated entities, as well as on the investments made by such entities within their portfolios.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was part of the Banking and Finance department, particularly the Financial Services practice area, at CS’ Associados, and completed her bar admission internship at the law firm Gama Glória.
