Paula Judith Maria

Paula Judith Maria joined the Firm in September 2020. She was a member of the tax team until September 2022.
With dual nationality, Angolan and Portuguese, Paula currently works as a consultant at ALC Advogados, a member of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle in Angola.
Paula's professional activity is focused on tax, banking, financial and corporate matters, having been involved in several transactions in these areas and providing legal advice on international transactions and investments in Angola and abroad to national and international clients.
During her academic path, Paula has completed several summer internships, namely in the legal department of Auchan Retail Portugal (August, 2019), in the dispute resolution and general coordination area of Galp Energia's legal department (September, 2019) and also legal clinics at the consultancy firm KPMG (2020).
Education
Law Degree (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2020). Accounting Course (Católica Lisbon School of Law, 2019). Intensive Course “Tax execution process within the Angolan tax system” (IDEFF - Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law, 2022).

Portuguese and English.
