Junior Associate
Pedro Marmelo Vieira joined the firm in September 2024. He is a member of the employment, pensions and immigration department.
Provides ongoing legal consultancy in various areas of employment law and social security, including the interpretation and application of current legal and conventional frameworks, the drafting and review of contractual and regulatory instruments, as well as the analysis and support of procedures related to the termination of employment contracts, organizational restructurings, and administrative offence processes.
Pedro has previously attended internships at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, with the employment, pensions and immigration team, and completed a curricular internship in Porto Judicial Court - Labour Court.
In 2025, Pedro was awarded the Garrigues Prize, given to the student with the highest grade in their Master's thesis in Labour Law.
