Santiago Roque do Vale
Junior Associate
Santiago Roque do Vale joined the firm in September 2024 and is a member of the Corporate and M&A team.
He advises companies and other entities on a broad range of corporate matters throughout their lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, including amendments to and drafting of corporate documents, corporate restructurings and other day-to-day corporate matters.
His practice also includes assisting with due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and venture capital investments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in advising domestic and international clients.
Prior to joining the firm, he completed a summer internship at CFS – Luís Cavaleiro de Ferreira, Ricardo Silva & Associados in 2023, a law firm based in Macau, China, where he was born and raised before moving to Portugal in 2020.

Law Degree (Católica Porto School of Law, 2024). ERASMUS Program (Faculty of Law – Charles University; Prague, Czech Republic).
Languages
Portuguese and English.

Portuguese Bar Association (admitted in 2026).
