Priscila Macedo Pinto joined the Firm in September 2018, after nearly a decade dedicated to management. She is a member of the corporate and M&A team and a member of Team Genesis.

Previously, she worked in the corporate real estate & tourism department.

At Team Genesis, Priscila offers clients a unique set of skills, developed mainly through her experience in management, supporting founders, management teams and investors on a daily basis in financing and exit operations for high growth companies, particularly in the areas of tech and life sciences.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, M&A transactions (domestic and cross-border), with a particular focus on venture capital transactions. Her advice is distinguished by its combination of legal rigour with a high level of sensitivity and know-how regarding the financial aspects of transactions.

Priscila also has a solid background in legal project management, including coordinating the international expansion of technology companies and implementing innovative legal tech tools. She also actively collaborates with entities and strategic initiatives dedicated to the development of the European and Portuguese ecosystem of start-ups and scale-ups, often working in institutional and policy-making contexts.

Law Degree (Faculty of Law, Nova University of Lisbon, 2017). Postgraduate Course in Law and Business (Católica Lisbon School of Law and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, 2018).

Portuguese and English.
