Rita Nunes dos Santos joined Morais Leitão in 2008 and became a partner in 2025. She is a member of the firm’s litigation and arbitration team and the French Desk as well.
She represents national and international clients from several industrial sectors in pre-litigation matters as well as in judicial and arbitration proceedings, namely in class actions, particularly in the banking and finance, trade and distribution, construction, media and advertisement and telecommunication areas.
Winner of the Lawyer of the Year - “Women in Business Law Awards 2024 EMEA”, in the category of “Securities Litigation”.
