Tomás Jonet
Principal Associate
Tomás Jonet joined the Firm in 2019. He is a member of the corporate and M&A team, as well as Team Genesis.
He advises on corporate/commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions, with a strong focus on investment rounds. Over the last years, Tomás has been particularly active working side by side with founders and national and international scalable emerging companies.
Education
Law Degree (University of Lisbon School of Law, 2015). Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law (Católica Lisbon School of Law, Lisbon 2018).
Languages
Portuguese, English and Italian.
