Brígida Magalhães Malheiro will lecture on the 'Civil Procedure in Practice' course.

As part of the short course Civil Procedure in Practice, Brígida Magalhães Malheiro, an associate at Morais Leitão, will deliver a session on the special procedure for the protection of personality rights.

Organised by Professor Fernando Pereira, an assistant professor at the University of Porto's Faculty of Law (FDUP), the course is now in its first edition and offers a programme focused on civil procedural practice. Brígida Magalhães Malheiro's session is scheduled for 28 May.
