David Silva Ramalho speaks at lecture on the new Digital Services Act enforcement law

David Silva Ramalho will be speaking at the Lisbon Digital Rights lecture, "A nova Lei de execução do Regulamento dos Serviços Digitais" (The new Digital Services Act Enforcement Law), organised in partnership with NOVA School of Law at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre (LPL). The session is taking place today (11 May) at the Lisbon School of Law, starting at 17:30.

The event will bring together academics and legal professionals specialising in digital law and regulation under the scientific coordination of Professors Filipe Brito Bastos and Domingos Farinho. Topics include the practical implications of the DSA's new regulatory framework, its impact on digital governance, the protection of fundamental rights and platform liability. David Silva Ramalho will address the enforcement and sanctions regime introduced by the new legislation.
