David Silva Ramalho takes part in the Lisbon International Symposium on the Foundations of Digital Sovereignty

David Silva Ramalho, managing associate in our criminal, regulatory offences and compliance team, takes part in the Lisbon International Symposium on the Foundations of Digital Sovereignty, which will be held on 9 October at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.

The lawyer will speak in Session I, dedicated to Security and Defence, with a presentation entitled e-Evidence in a sovereign digital world. The panel also features General Paulo Viegas Nunes, President of SIRESP, S.A., and Rui Pereira, of the Portuguese National Cybersecurity Centre.

The symposium is organised by the Research Centre for Private Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and the Portuguese Military Academy, with the support of the Foundation for Science and Technology.
