José Almeida Fernandes attends, as discussant, the seminar "Evolution of the Concept of Law Abuse, in the context of Community Tax Law" presented by Dr. Rita de La Feria of the University of Oxford. This event, organized by IDEFF-Institute for Economic Tax and Financial Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, will also have the participation of João Amaral Tomaz, a former Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs, and will be moderated by Ana Paula Dourado. The seminar is part of a programme for the elaboration of studies and research in the area of international and Community tax law.
