Morais Leitão hosts training session on anti-money laundering in the real estate sector

Duarte Santana Lopes and Patrícia Garcia are the trainers for a training session dedicated to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CTF) in the context of the real estate sector, organised by APPII Academy in partnership with the Firm. The session takes place on 23 June, at the Lisbon office, from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

The training, certified by DGERT, is aimed at real estate professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge of the applicable legal and regulatory framework, as well as strengthen their skills in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks associated with real estate transactions.
