The 11th edition of Urban Rehabilitation Week, promoted by Vida Imobiliária, has the support of Câmara Municipal de Lisboa and Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa.
Morais Leitão is one of the sponsors and organizers of the last part of the event, dedicated to "Simplex Urbanístico - um primeiro balanço".
Partners João Pereira Reis and Rui Ribeiro Lima will be responsible for clarifying the legal framework of this legislative package, outlining its pros and cons.
The conference promises to bring together various professionals to debate and assess the impact of Simplex Urbanístico on the real estate and urban sector.
