João Pereira Reis


João Pereira Reis joined the firm in 2002 as a non-equity partner. He is a member of the urban planning and environment and administrative and public law teams.

He has accumulated vast experience in his practice of law since 1978.

João Pereira Reis occupied several posts in the Public Administration. He was Coordinator of the legal office of the National Commission for the Environment, Legal Adviser to the members of the Government.

He was also Secretary of State for local government and regional planning of the XII Constitutional Government.

Recognised by the prestigious international Directories Chambers & Partners (Band 1) and Legal 500 (Leading Individuals).

João Pereira Reis is a member of CHA - Conselho Consultivo para a Habitação Acessível (APPII).

He is currently a lecturer at Nova University of Lisbon.
