Upon its entry into force on 1 January 2010, Code System Contributory Pension Plan Social Security will establish a new mode of relationship among taxpayers, beneficiaries and the welfare system.
Reviewing and systematizing decades of legislation and proposing solutions to current problems, the Code clarifies the obligations and reciprocal rights of taxpayers and Social Security, creating new rules that oblige us to rethink the traditional forms and automatic actions in this sensitive area of management resources.
In order to review this statutory scheme, Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, through its teams of Labor, Social Security and Tax, will present a workshop on the topic to be held on 27 November in the Auditorium João Morais Leitão.
