Isabel Valente Dias

Isabel Valente Dias joined the firm in 2007. She is a member of the employment, pensions and immigration team.

Previously Isabel Valente Dias worked with the corporate and M&A and capital markets team.

Isabel provides consultancy in all areas of employment and social security law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships. She has widely experience in operations related to the transfer of undertakings, restructuring processes, proceedings for the termination of employment contracts and implementation of remuneration policies and fringe benefit plans of varying sorts.

Isabel acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation and social security matters. Also, she has several experience on employment-related data protection matters.

Furthermore, Isabel is a member of ELLN – Employment Labour Law Network, the group of experts assisting the European Commission on employment matters, since 2020.
